上清液(Supernatant)
上清液（supernatant）,即脫除減少其中水份含量， 屬於初步直接濃縮產品。內容物包括培養細胞的細胞營養素， 如醣質，脂質，蛋白質和氨基酸，礦物質，維生素等，以及細胞新陳代謝產物，包括細胞增殖殘留物，如核酸，蛋白質，各種細胞激素，酵素、生長因子等單分子化合物，分屬各種較大分子和較小分子單一化合物。
